Where is the product shipped from?
We maintain warehouses across all our sales regions. Orders are dispatched from the facility closest to the buyer's delivery address for efficiency.
How is shipping calculated?

What about customs duties and taxes?
As all our shipments are domestic, no customs duties or import tariffs apply. Buyers are only responsible for the cost of the product itself, with no additional fees.
Return Exchange Policy
How long do I have to make a return?
- You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
- When processing a return request, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item to a designated courier station near your location.
- Should a door-to-door pickup service be requested from the courier company, any additional fees incurred will be borne by the buyer.
Returns are not supported in the following situations:
- Items with signs of use, wear, damage, dings, scrapes, or lacking of (if applicable) manuals, warranties, accessories, etc.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- Downloadable software products.

In our new Service Centre, you can have your instruments serviced and broken equipment repaired.
Within the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee period faulty items are immediately – if available – replaced with a new item. This saves you from long waiting times for repairs and from having to make do without your gear. We have 168 employees working in the specialist service centres and fully equipped workshops to offer you the best possible service.
In addition to this we carry out the repairs under the manufacturer's warranty via the authorised service partners. We ensure that the repairs are processed and returned to you as quickly as possible.
